Overview

Amergis Locum Tenens is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a short-term opportunity at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio. This position offers a balanced mix of clinical duties, including inpatient consults, outpatient coverage, and diagnostic work, within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct inpatient consults and rounding with a morning census of 8-10 patients
  • Provide outpatient clinic coverage
  • Perform reading panels and stress tests

Required skills

  • MD or DO with completion of a cardiology fellowship
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiology
  • Ohio medical license or ability to obtain quickly
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with inpatient rounding, stress testing, and diagnostic interpretation
  • Familiarity with medical technology including EPIC EMR
