Job Description

Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a full-time Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist for its Dublin Methodist Hospital in the Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology department. This role involves assisting Interventional Cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional procedures, and requires a valid ARRT registry and Ohio Radiologic License.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Interventional Cardiologists in diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Scrub, monitor, and circulate during procedures
  • Greet patients, check charts for required data, and explain procedures
  • Participate in room turnover and transport patients
  • Assist Radiation Safety officer with QA of labs and monitor radiation protective apparel

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • ARRT Registered
  • Ohio Radiologic Licensure
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of X-ray equipment and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Sterile technique
