Overview

OhioHealth is seeking a part-time casual Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to work at Dublin Methodist Hospital. This role involves assisting the Interventional Cardiologist during diagnostic and interventional procedures, with responsibilities including patient care and using X-ray equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Interventionalist during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Greet patients and check charts for required data.
  • Explain procedures and answer patients' questions.
  • Participate in room turnover and transport patients.
  • Assist Radiation Safety officer in QA of labs.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor radiation safety principles.

Required skills

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • Licensed in Field - State of Ohio
  • Knowledge of X-ray equipment operation
  • Hemodynamic monitoring
  • Sterile technique
