Job Description

Overview

The Capital Projects Specialist at Redwood Living, Inc. will oversee and implement various site-related projects under the direction of the Capital Projects Manager. This role requires effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure exceptional resident experiences while promoting the Redwood brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate training for team members on product policies and execution
  • Ensure project deliverables adhere to scope and budget
  • Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders
  • Track project performance and analyze completion of goals
  • Clarify project requirements through detailed briefs
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for senior leadership
  • Oversee capital expenditure projects from concept to completion
  • Manage yearly pond inspection program
  • Complete capital project scopes and budget feedback
  • Assist with FHA, ADA and Compliance work assignments
  • Support special projects in Property Operations

Required skills

  • 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Landscape Management Experience
  • General computer proficiency
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Apartment Maintenance experience
  • Ability to operate smartphones, tablets, and computers
