Overview In this role you help clients deliver large capital programs by leading PMIS implementations and major rollouts. You will design and configure PMIS solutions, integrate systems, and develop dashboards to optimize project delivery. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and training, shaping how infrastructure projects are planned and executed. ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Kahua implementations and major rollouts for capital programs, infrastructure owners, engineering and construction organizations, and real estate clientsConfigure PMIS to optimize client project delivery, including integrations, reporting, and dashboardsAnalyze client needs to design tailored solutions for complex capital projectsDesign and configure PMIS solutions with reporting capabilities to meet requirementsCollaborate with project teams to rollout systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and ProcoreConduct rigorous testing and validation of configured solutions and develop training/documentation for adoption Key requirementsBachelor's degree in a related field4+ years of experience implementing or configuring PMIS for capital programs, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or real estate4+ years of project management and project controls experience2+ years of hands-on Kahua implementation experience, including end-to-end implementation or major rolloutExperience with project controls activities (planning, budgeting, forecasting) and integrating them into technology platformsExperience leading implementation lifecycle (discovery to post-implementation stabilization)Experience configuring PMIS tools, doing system integrations, and building reports/dashboardsProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioExperience using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve efficiencyAbility to work independently and in a teamStrong written and verbal communicationMeticulous attention to detailKahuaPMIS configurationOracle Primavera Unifier
