Minimum of 6 months of experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or general labor. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and follow direction. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Lead Positions Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or gas/mechanical installation. Previous experience leading or mentoring installation or trade crews. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage job sites professionally. Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred for Electrical Lead positions.
