Overview

The Campus Serve Director at Definition Church in Greensboro, North Carolina, provides leadership and oversight for all serve teams and opportunities at the campus. This role is essential for fostering volunteer development and cultivating a culture of excellence within the church community, alongside supporting pastoral care functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee serve teams and opportunities, including team recruitment and leadership development
  • Manage serve registrations, attendance, and database requirements
  • Develop teams in areas such as Guest Experience, Prayer, and others to enhance guest experience
  • Facilitate and teach programs for engagement in serving
  • Assist with pastoral care responsibilities and manage online prayer requests
