As a Camp Counselor at Great Outdoors Brandeis University, you will play a vital role in supporting elementary-aged children during out-of-school time. This position involves leading engaging programs and fostering positive relationships with families while ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with peers to implement Champions curriculum
  • Inspire participation and create fun environments
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children daily

Required skills

  • Previous camp counselor experience preferred
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to acquire
  • Strong love for nature and outdoor activities
  • Comfortable in or around water with knowledge of water safety
  • Versatile recreational skills
