Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Service Representative to join their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time role involves responding to alarm signals, managing events, and ensuring timely communication with emergency services and customers, akin to a 911 dispatcher.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming alarm signals using automation software
  • Notify authorities and contact lists as necessary
  • Log information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1-3 years' work experience
  • Typing skills (30+ words per minute)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and improvement
