Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Service Representative for their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role focuses on responding to alarm signals and providing exceptional service to customers while managing emergency notifications and ensuring confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming alarm signals using automation software
  • Call premises and notify authorities when necessary
  • Log all information accurately in the automation system
  • Answer a multi-line telephone system
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years' work experience preferred
  • Typing at 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately
