Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Service Representative to work in their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role involves responding to alarm signals, managing alarm events, and ensuring that emergency services are notified, all while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
  • Manage alarm events and verify security information
  • Notify and update emergency services such as police and fire agencies
  • Log all information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
