First Choice Health Centers is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to lead their team in East Hartford, Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have experience managing call center operations and ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the professional growth of team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of call center representatives
  • Monitor and evaluate calls for quality assurance
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team skills
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance
  • Ensure adequate staffing and manage scheduling
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
