Overview

As a Call Center Sales Representative at SPECTRUM, you'll engage with customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive revenue growth through sales and service. This role involves retaining valued customers and upselling top-tier services while working in a dynamic and supportive office environment in Seguin, Texas.

Key responsibilities

  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals using effective telephone techniques
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound customer calls
  • Handle billing inquiries, pricing, and service complaints
  • Process orders for retained accounts and new sales
  • Explain products and services and understand competitors to retain customers

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service or phone sales experience
  • Knowledge of cable communications products like TV, internet, and telephone
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills
  • Flexibility for variable hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of call center experience (preferred)
