Overview

As a Call Center Sales Representative at Spectrum, you will engage with customers to address billing inquiries and service complaints while promoting video, data, and phone products. Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries and service complaints
  • Use telephone techniques to retain customers and upsell services
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in customer interactions
  • Achieve activity goals by following call handling metrics
  • Process orders within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales
  • Explain Spectrum's products and services while comparing them to competitors
  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience during transactions

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of cable communications products and services
  • Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Customer solutions and sales techniques
  • Effective computer and consumer electronics skills
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills
