Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Knowledge of cable communications products and services (video, data, voice)
  • Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to handle irate customers and resolve issues
  • 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales
  • Computer proficiency and skills in relevant software applications, including billing systems
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
