Overview

As a Call Center Sales Representative at Spectrum, you will engage with customers to address billing inquiries, product questions, and service complaints while effectively upselling Spectrum's services. Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries and service complaints

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of cable communications products and services
  • 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales
  • Effective computer and consumer electronics skills
  • Ability to handle irate customers and resolve issues
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work variable hours including weekends and holidays
