Overview

Join Spectrum as an Outbound Sales Representative in Maitland, Florida, where you'll connect families to essential services like Internet, Mobile, TV, and Phone. This role is vital for expanding our customer base and enhancing their digital experience through persuasive communication and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by adding new lines of service and upselling to existing customers.
  • Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a knowledgeable product consultant by promoting and selling Spectrum's residential products and services.
  • Create and maintain a strong follow-up plan to increase sales conversion rates and ensure database accuracy.
  • Work in a call center environment, utilizing a telephone headset and multiple screens.

Required skills

  • 1+ year of call center and/or sales experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Clear and professional oral communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpretation skills
  • Consultative sales approach including needs analysis and objection handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software applications
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively under high volume
