Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Center Operator to work in their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves responding to alarm signals, managing emergency communications, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-stakes environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
  • Call premises and notify authorities when necessary
  • Log all information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
