Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Center Operator to join their state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time role involves responding to alarm signals and managing alarm events while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
  • Notify authorities and contact lists as required
  • Log information accurately in the automation system
  • Answer multi-line telephone system calls
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information
  • Perform duties with urgency and accuracy

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years work experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement
