Overview

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of their residential HVAC services team. This role involves coaching and managing customer service representatives to achieve service goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and direct daily activities of the Call Center team
  • Coach and inspire team members to achieve performance goals
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication through various channels
  • Analyze call center data to improve processes and efficiency
  • Recruit and address performance issues among team members
  • Collaborate with vendors to monitor technology and system needs

Required skills

  • 3+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
