Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of The Recovery Village, Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.Intake coordinators provide the initial contact a client has with The Recovery Village unless they have had direct contact with one of the business development representatives. They may conduct brief telephone screenings to determine the nature and extent of the client's presenting issue, and whether The Recovery Village can provide the services the client is requesting.If applicable to the setting, intake coordinators may be responsible for obtaining insurance information. After an intake assessment is completed, the intake coordinator discusses admission with the Admissions Director. At times the intake coordinators may determine that the agency or organization is not an appropriate match for a client's needs and will refer the client to a more suitable facility.
