Overview

MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a high-energy, well-organized Call Center and Customer Service Representative to join their rapidly growing team in Livermore, California. The role focuses on providing high-level customer care while managing calls and case-related information in a supportive environment dedicated to building strong relationships in the dental industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer, research, and route incoming calls, providing high-level customer care
  • Assist with outbound follow-up courtesy calls as needed
  • Dispatch drivers and process customer courier pickup requests
  • Handle customer supply orders and case pre-book requests
  • Manage all case-related information, ensuring timely communication to relevant teams
  • Aid with introducing incentive programs
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing & Technical teams
  • Enter and maintain customer information in CRM with high accuracy

Required skills
