Overview

MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a motivated and organized Call Center and Customer Service Representative to join their team in Livermore, California. The company is dedicated to quality dental solutions and provides a supportive environment focused on exceptional customer care.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls, providing high-level customer care
  • Assist with outbound follow-up courtesy calls
  • Dispatch drivers and process customer courier pickup requests
  • Handle customer supply orders and case pre-book requests
  • Manage case-related information and ensure timely communication
  • Aid in the communication of incentive programs
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams
  • Enter and maintain customer information in CRM with high accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Customer service oriented with strong follow-through
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience in a high call volume call center environment
  • Knowledge of dental lab products and terminology (a plus)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
