Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Center Agent to work in their 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves responding to alarm signals and managing alarm events, ensuring customer notifications and coordination with emergency services. This position requires attention to detail and quick decision-making in a high-stakes environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming alarm signals according to documented procedures
  • Notify authorities and contact lists as needed
  • Log information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer the multi-line telephone system
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1-3 years' work experience
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
