Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time role involves responding to alarm signals, managing alarm events, and notifying emergency services while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming alarm signals using automation software
  • Notify authorities and designated contacts when necessary
  • Log information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer a multi-line telephone system
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years' work experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
