Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a CAD Configuration Management Specialist to support their Hardware Design Integrity Department in Tucson, Arizona. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of technical data and designs, while actively engaging in Model Based Systems Engineering initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Support CAD Configuration Management (CM) & Creo Subject Matter Expert (SME) tasks & meetings
  • Engage in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Model Based Definition (MBD) initiatives
  • Develop and deliver Creo training
  • Collaborate with hardware engineering and test equipment Creo users to establish best practices
  • Provide program and engineering support for Creo model reviews
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external drawing and model standards

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree wi
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Common PDM and Creo
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • Project planning experience
  • Common PDM Product Manager certification
  • Strong analytical skills for data integrity and compliance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills related to technical engineering data and configuration management
