Job Description Job Description CSD Custom Woodworks is a family-run custom cabinet shop with over 30 years in the business, building high-end cabinetry for clients who value craftsmanship.We're not a corporate operation. Our shop sits right on our home property, and we run things the way a small hometown business should: personal, hands-on, and built on trust and satisfied customer referrals. With that said, we operate with all state-of-the-art equipment in a 7,000 sq ft shop.You won't find rigid hierarchies here. We give our team real agency over how they get the job done, backed by a crew that treats each other like family.We're looking for a Project Manager / Draftsman to be the go-to person for every job from start to finish, the one who keeps the details straight, keeps the crew moving, and makes sure what gets built matches what the client (and the shop) needs.What You'll DoVisit job sites to take field measurements (including final/verification measurements)Design and draw custom cabinetry using CAD software (KCD or similar)Own each project from initial measurement through final install, A to ZCommunicate job details, specs, and changes clearly to the shop crewServe as the main point of contact for questions on any active jobHelp keep the shop running smoothly by supporting a positive, motivated team cultureWhat You BringExperience designing/drafting cabinetry in KCD or comparable softwareSharp attention to detail. Measurements and drawings need to be right the first timeStrong communication and leadership skills, comfortable talking with clients, crew, and ownershipAbility to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities in a fast-moving shopA sense of ownership. We need someone who sees things through, whether that means staying a little later to finish a job right or coming in early to prep for the day.Positive, team-first attitude that helps motivate the shopDetailsSchedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime availabilityPay: $25-$40/hr, based on experienceBenefits: 401(k), paid holidaysVehicle: Use of a shop vehicle when it's not needed for installationsTravel: Local travel to job sites for measurementsIf you love the challenge of seeing a project through from a rough site measurement to a finished, beautiful install, and you want a role where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
