Overview In this role, you will support planning and procurement activities to balance material availability, inventory performance, and supplier coordination in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will work with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand and sustain operations. You will address supply risks, monitor performance, and drive timely resolutions to keep production and commitments on track. ResponsibilitiesBuild and refine demand plans using historical usage, trends, customer signals, and forecasting insightsCoordinate with sales, service, product, manufacturing, and other teams to align supply with changing demandEnsure material readiness by reviewing shortages, escalating constraints, and driving resolution plansExecute purchasing activities for assigned materials and suppliers, including orders, replenishment, and schedulingTrack supplier performance across delivery, lead time, capacity, and risk indicators and drive improvement effortsManage inventory settings (safety stock, reorder points, planning parameters) to balance service levels with working capitalReview excess, aging, and slow-moving inventory and recommend actions to reduce wasteCreate and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting for planning visibilityMaintain material, supplier, and procurement records in SAP and related systems and support lifecycle changesContribute to risk mitigation and continuity planning by identifying vulnerable supply areas and supporting alternate sourcing actions Key requirementscross-functional collaborationattention to detailSAPforecastingdemand planninginventory management
