Overview

Square One Concepts is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Hourly Restaurant Team Assistant to support Front-of-House operations in Whitefish, Montana. This role involves coordinating between kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience, while performing tasks related to hosting, serving, and bussing.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and seating arrangements
  • Assist guests with menu queries and dietary accommodations
  • Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings
  • Act as a liaison between kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a positive team attitude

Required skills

  • Food safety knowledge and understanding of proper food handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
