Job Description

Overview

The Business Systems Manager at CFS is responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining business systems throughout the organization. This onsite role is focused on ensuring workflow efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability, specifically through the management of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system and its integrations with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP
  • Lead integration efforts between various business systems
  • Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes and efficiency
  • Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work
  • Serve as liaison between end users, business units, and consulting teams
  • Manage all business system implementation projects
  • Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility
  • Deliver user training and create documentation and SOPs

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business management
  • 9 years prior related experience (or 7 years with a Master's)
  • Deltek Costpoint ERP experience
  • SharePoint management experience
  • ERP System Administration experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Understanding of ISO and AS9100 standards
