Overview

The Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) is seeking a Business Systems & CRM Manager to lead digital transformation efforts focusing on the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. In this key role, you will collaborate with staff to enhance technology and data usage to better serve the association and its members.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead administration and optimization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Develop and optimize business processes using workflows and automations.
  • Manage application security and oversee end-user training and support.
  • Translate organizational needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Leverage analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise business applications or CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
