Overview

The Business Systems Analyst Sr. plays a crucial role in connecting business requirements with technology solutions. They are responsible for gathering and shaping business needs, providing application support, and ensuring the stability and integration of production systems in an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Obtain a deep understanding of business areas and processes
  • Recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
  • Participate in application analysis, configuration, testing, management, and maintenance
  • Monitor system logs for unusual activity and escalate issues as needed
  • Support user acceptance testing and user training activities
  • Lead and participate in delivery of projects
  • Respond to and resolve reported incidents
  • Create documentation including business cases and process flows
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to resolve competing priorities

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology and Management, Computer Information Systems, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in human resources technology and operations
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Marketing, Employee Central, Platform)
  • Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • 3 years of experience with AI technologies related to Paradox, Joule or eightfold AI
  • Project management skills
  • Quality assurance expertise
  • Application support experience
