Job Description

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst Lead will design and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements through system configuration and development. This role involves hands-on functional configuration in various SAP modules, as well as collaboration with the business to develop technology-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver SAP solutions through system configuration and development
  • Participate in gathering user and customer requirements
  • Analyze business processes for potential improvements and efficiencies
  • Refine and enhance solution designs based on industry standards
  • Provide functional consulting on complex SAP projects including rollouts
  • Develop and manage project plans for system implementations
  • Create technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients
  • Organize workshops and proof of concepts in SAP

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in SAP IM, WM, LE, SD
  • Experience with SAP ECC enterprise resource planning systems
  • Knowledge of ASAP methodology or equivalent structured methodology
  • Experience in configuring SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management solutions
  • Experience implementing Logistics Execution and Transportation functions
  • Experience in managing SAP Customer Service and Service Management
  • Utilizing SAP Solution Manager for implementation and change management
  • Experience in the medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries including compliance with reg
