Job Description

Overview

BRP is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize and integrate digital solutions within its Salesforce ecosystem as part of various improvement projects and the SAP S4 International deployment program. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for business issues related to warranty management systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business teams in resolving issues during testing and maintenance
  • Ensure integration of the Warranty solution into the Salesforce and SAP S4 platforms
  • Draft detailed specification documents and oversee project development
  • Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to assess project efforts
  • Proactively identify and manage integration gaps

Required skills

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Salesforce
  • Experience in drafting functional specifications and integrating solutions
  • Hands-on experience in diagnosing Salesforce integration issues
  • Skilled in using Salesforce debug logs, SOQL, API logs, and monitoring tools
  • Strong understanding of data models, error management, and integration patterns
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Twod Salesforce warranty module and SAP S4 is an asset
