Overview

As a Business Sales Representative on Spectrum's SMB team, you will focus on driving outbound B2B sales by promoting Spectrum Business services to prospective customers and expanding existing accounts. This dynamic role involves building relationships with decision-makers, identifying their needs, and delivering customized solutions to meet those needs, with significant income growth opportunities based on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to consult with new and existing business prospects
  • Build relationships with business decision-makers to identify opportunities for expanding services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by driving new lines of service
  • Present customized proposals and educate customers about Spectrum’s offerings
  • Maintain accurate records in sales and customer databases
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer experiences
  • Handle escalated situations and adapt to changing priorities
