Overview

As a Business Sales Representative on Spectrum's SMB team, you will drive outbound B2B sales efforts by promoting Spectrum Business solutions and expanding services with existing accounts. This dynamic role focuses on building relationships with business decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions that deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to promote Spectrum Business solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by driving new lines of service.
  • Present customized proposals and handle objections.
  • Maintain accurate records in sales and customer databases.
  • Deliver professional and courteous experiences to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate resilience while handling escalated situations.
