Overview

As a Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer retention and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building. This position requires handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Key responsibilities

  • Strengthen customer relationships by listening and identifying service enhancement opportunities
  • Guide customers through consultative discussions to uncover needs and recommend additional services
  • Educate customers on Spectrum Business products to maximize their value
  • Address customer concerns empathetically and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate professionally and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions
  • Demonstrate resilience in escalated situations by reframing objections as opportunities
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while multitasking customer inquiries and order processing

Required skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Flexibility for schedule and overtime
  • Working knowledge of telecommunications services
  • Proficient in using computers and multiple software applications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience and call center experience preferred
  • Experience with CSG billing software is a plus
