Overview

As a Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.   • Knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile products
  • Ability to use computer and multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Record of success in sales
