Overview

As a Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls and addressing their concerns while striving to upsell and cross-sell products and services. This role is centered around enhancing the customer experience and maintaining high levels of satisfaction in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls, investigating concerns and resolving issues in real time.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Support efforts to enhance customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
  • Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals using effective telephone techniques.
  • Respond promptly to billing inquiries, pricing, and service complaints.
  • Process orders within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services (Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile)
  • Ability to use computer software applications simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule and overtime availability
  • Proven sales success record
