Overview

As a Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, resolving issues, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role is based in a call center environment and aims to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving individual financial goals through performance incentives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls and provide solutions in real time.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns and issues.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals through effective communication.
  • Process orders and handle billing inquiries within the system.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of products, services, and competitors.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile products
  • Ability to use computers and multiple software applications
  • Flexible schedule availability and ability to work overtime as needed
