The Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative role at Spectrum involves being the first point of contact for customers in a call center environment.   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding billing and services
  • Master order processing within the billing system for various account types
  • Demonstrate proficiency in explaining products and services

Required skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile products
  • Ability to use computer and multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Demonstrated record of success in sales
