Overview

As a Business Sales Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum Business, you will focus on maximizing customer and revenue retention by handling inbound and outbound calls from commercial customers. This role emphasizes building strong relationships, providing tailored solutions, and educating customers on the advantages of Spectrum's services, all while achieving monthly saving and selling targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Strengthen customer relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance or retain services
  • Guide customers through consultative discussions to uncover needs and recommend additional services
  • Educate customers on the advantages of Spectrum Business products including Internet, Voice, TV, and Mobile
  • Address customer concerns empathetically and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with internal teams
  • Demonstrate resilience during escalated situations, reframing objections as opportunities
  • Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while multitasking

Required skills

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Experience in telecommunications services such as Video, Internet, Voice, and Mobile
  • Proficient use of computer and multiple software applications
  • Preferred: 2+ years of call center experience in customer service and/or phone sales
  • Preferred: CSG billing software experience
  • Preferred: B2B sales experience
