Overview

The Business Relations Manager at 1-800-SWEEPER will play a vital role in connecting a national network of business owners, vendors, and industry partners to foster growth and success. This leadership position involves enhancing member engagement, managing vendor relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of membership into new territories
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective members
  • Guide member onboarding and long-term success
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships to drive member value
  • Evaluate and optimize vendor performance
  • Connect internal teams, vendors, and members for seamless operations
  • Identify gaps, solve problems, and implement processes
  • Lead planning and execution of industry events, including the annual Sweeper Summit
  • Represent the brand at industry networking opportunities

Required skills

  • Experience in leading or managing buying groups or franchise networks
  • Senior leadership experience in multi-unit retail or operations
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building trust
