Overview

The Business Process Analyst at CFMWS will focus on enhancing organizational processes to provide exceptional client experiences for Canadian Armed Forces members, veterans, and their families. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Practice Leaders and Advisors, to design or re-engineer processes aimed at improving the quality and consistency of services offered.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and document business process and client experience solutions.
  • Redesign business processes and customer journeys as required.
  • Implement strategies for improved customer experience through collaboration.
  • Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to implement process improvements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and industry trends.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement and customer experience design.

Required skills

  • Experience in business analysis and process management
  • Group facilitation and business process modeling
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and project coordination
  • Experience in change management and business analysis frameworks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
