The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for oversight and management of various products and services offered by the Communication Operations internal production team. This role will support steady-state workflow responsibilities, and will perform administrative functions such as reporting, data entry and inventory management. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and some rotating 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturday shifts. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 - 6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. Primary Responsibilities: Lead resolution of workflow issues, drive implementation of new services and oversee daily production to verify that our team is meeting all SLA's, client requirements and performance guarantees. Responsible for completing all day-to-day production activities for projects and programs as assigned. Assists with maintaining up to date process documentation for all products and workflows they are assigned to support. Assists with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks as assigned by manager. Materials ordering and inventory management activities as assigned. Provides assistance to other production team members as needed. Communicates workflow status through daily reporting and meetings with our business partners. Builds positive working relationships with peers and business partners to drive engagement and productivity. Assists team with training and related documentation as needed. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Required Qualifications: High-School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 2+ years of experience verbal and written communication skills in a business environment 2+ years of organizational skills and attention to detail in a business or production environment 2+ years using business related software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdf files, etc.) and working in a time sensitive production environment Must be willing to learn to use new software and take on new responsibilities to align with the changing demands of our internal production team Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
