Overview

As a Business Director at Capital One, you will utilize your strategic and analytical skills to address key company challenges and drive growth within the Card Technology Strategy team. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define strategies that align with corporate objectives and provide leadership in problem-solving across technology and business functions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and mentor analysts to foster talent development
  • Create and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products
  • Oversee delivery of business intent and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborate with various departments including IT, Sales, and Finance
  • Utilize analytics for decision making and problem solving
  • Maintain a results-oriented focus on achieving strategic goals

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
  • 4+ years of experience in qualitative analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
