This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, confident in face-to-face conversations, and enjoys building and nurturing long-term professional relationships.This is not a remote job You will serve as a key ambassador for our brand-connecting with real estate offices, industry professionals, and community partners to create meaningful relationships that support mutual growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively visit real estate offices and local businesses to introduce our company and servicesBuild, nurture, and maintain strong professional relationships with real estate agents and partnersRepresent the Mahogany Premium Home Inspections brand with professionalism and confidenceDeliver marketing materials, promotional items, and value-driven resourcesTrack outreach activity and relationship progressCollaborate with leadership to support marketing initiatives, events, and community outreachIdentify new opportunities for partnerships and brand visibility What We're Looking For Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-throughComfortable speaking with new people ( Including in group settings) and building rapport quicklyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, dependable source of transportation (local travel required)Organized, consistent, and relationship-focusedPositive attitude and growth-oriented mindsetPrior sales, marketing, real estate, or outreach experience is a plus (but not required) Growth & Opportunity This position offers clear growth potential for the right individual.
