Protocall Communications is seeking High-Energy Business Development Representatives to join their team in Lynn, Massachusetts. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service in partnership with Constellation Energy.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Present products/services professionally
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other communication tools
  • Previous sales experience a plus
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Willingness to travel within designated territory
