Overview

Protocall Communications is seeking High-Energy Business Development Representatives to drive new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building. This role offers uncapped commission, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment focused on learning and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Present products/services in a compelling manner
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Travel to Boston, MA for required training

Required skills

  • Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to work outdoors and on the move
