ProShop is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team in Austin, Texas. This remote position focuses on generating new sales opportunities for their innovative ERP/MES/QMS software in the metalworking and aerospace industries, emphasizing a collaborative work environment and strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Make outbound cold calls, emails, and prospecting outreach
  • Contact and qualify potential clients
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline and set appointments
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for sales targets
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and attend networking events
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities to management
